How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders!
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping in full, and you can choose between a replacement or a full refund. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is on you.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After that, they usually move into processing and can no longer be cancelled. However, you are always welcome to return the item through our returns process once it arrives.
